Description

This rocking chair was manufactured in East Germany in the early 1960s by the Deutsche Werkstatten Hellerau, closely linked to Dessau and its tradition of the Bauhaus.

The cane and wood frame was restored and the seat cover entirely rebuilt with new foam and a gorgeous blue green fabric from Svenson Rami Plus. To give it a more sophisticated look we fitted it with some shiny new brass screws.
